All custom orders are non returnable and non-refundable.


Missing items:

Claims for missing items must be received within 3 days from receipt of order.


Returns:

  1. Hair goods offers no refund on returned merchandise, only replacements towards your next purchase. Merchandise should be inspected upon receipt. There will be a $75 restocking fee on all returned items. Items must be returned within 30 days in their original condition with the original tags box and packaging intact.

  2. All sale and promotional Items are not-returnable and non refundable.

  3. Any system hair extensionor hair wefts that have been cut, colored, permed or otherwise altered in any way is non returnable and nonrefundable. All custom orders are non returnable and non refundable.

  4. All sales are final.

UPS or Fed Ex is our primary carrier for overnight, 2 day, 3 day ground.
